Automatic Transfers
Set up automatic transfers through online banking for no additional fee. This allows you to set up a recurring transfer from a Members Choice account or external account and automate your loan payments.
Online Banking
Make an internal or external transfer using online or mobile banking. You can transfer your funds manually or automatic between Members Choice accounts or from another financial institution.
These options are free and can be done one-time or as a recurring transaction.
In-Person
Make a cash or check payment in person at any of our branches free of charge.
Payment Portal
Make an online payment here. Starting February 1, 2025, a $3.95 convenience fee will apply. if you're a Choice Club member or your loan payment is under $200 - we'll waive the fee!
By Phone

FAQs about Loan Payments
Is there a fee to make a loan payment?
Reoccurring ACH payments, transfers, in-person check and cash payments are free of charge. Choice Club accounts and loan payments less than $200 also do not incur a fee. Beginning February 1, 2025, there will be a convenience fee of $3.95 per transaction when making payments via debit card or one-time ACH payment through the payment portal. There will be a convenience fee of $9.95 per transaction when making loan payments via debit card or one-time ACH payment by phone or at a branch.

Is there a grace period on my consumer loan payment?
Members Choice considers all loans late if they are paid after their due date, but as a member, you will not receive a late fee until after the grace periods below:
- Secured (any collateral – auto, truck, RV, etc.) and Signature loans: 10 days
- Credit Card: 0 days
- Mortgages: 15 days
- Home Equities: 10 days
Disclosures
If not currently a Members Choice member, a $5 deposit is needed to establish membership. All memberships are subject to approval including credit approval.
